What Products are Included with Microsoft 365?

The Microsoft 365 Office Suite includes: Word, Excel Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive.

How Many Devices Can I Install Microsoft 365 On?

The number of devices that you can install Microsoft 365 on depends on the number of licences you have purchased from LMN Solutions Ltd. If you have purchased a single licence for £7.49 per month you can install Microsoft 365 on all of your devices and be signed in to 5 at the same time. You will be able to see and edit your documents from any device that you have installed Microsoft 365 on.

Where can I get support for my Microsoft 365 Programs?

 You can get support from both Microsoft and LMN Solutions Ltd. Microsoft offer free telephone and chat support for simple problems that can be answered over the phone. Should your problem be more difficult they will charge. Please note that, in our experience, their charges can be very high.

How Do I Update the Various Microsoft 365 Programs?

 All of the programs in the Microsoft 365 suite will update automatically to the latest versions. You will be asked if you wish to install them.

Will Microsoft 365 Programs be Identical on a PC, a Mac, and a Mobile Device?

 No. Microsoft 365 applications are tailored to work best on each platform and device.

How Do I Change Which Devices Have Microsoft 365 Installed?

 If you install Microsoft 365 on a PC, Mobile Phone or Tablet and then want to use Microsoft 365 on a different device. Microsoft 365 can be deactivated on that device and installed on a new device. The copy of Microsoft 365 on the device you deactivated will revert to read only mode, which means documents can be viewed but not edited.

Can People With Earlier Versions of Office, Open Documents I Create Using Microsoft 365?

 Yes. Office 2007, Office 2010, Office 2013 and Office 2016 can open your documents. Earlier versions of Office require further software.

Do I Keep Control of my Documents With an Microsoft 365 Subscription?

 Yes. Documents that you create belong to you. You can choose to store them on OneDrive or locally on your PC.

Is Internet Access Required for Microsoft 365?

 You do not need to be connected to the Internet to use the Microsoft applications, because the applications are fully installed on your computer.

Internet access is required to install Microsoft 365. It is also required to access any documents stored on OneDrive. You should also connect to the internet regularly to keep your version of Microsoft 365 up to date. If you do not connect to the internet for 31 days, your applications will go into reduced functionality mode, meaning that you can view or print your documents but cannot edit the documents or create new ones. To restore full functionality simply reconnect to the internet.

What is OneDrive?

 OneDrive is an online storage service that you can use to store documents, notes, photos, music, videos or other types of files. With OneDrive you can access your files from virtually any device and share them with others. As a Microsoft 365 subscriber you have 1 TB of OneDrive storage.

My Subscription Comes with Skype Minutes. What are these?

 With Skype minutes you can call friends or family on their mobile phone or landline, whether they have a Skype account or not.

You can use Skype minutes from any device where you have Skype installed, whether it’s your mobile phone, tablet or PC. Your Microsoft 365 subscription entitles you to 60 minutes per month which is reset each month

How Will My Subscription Renew?

 You will not need to do anything. We will manage your subscription for you and it will simply continue unless you tell us to cancel it. Should Microsoft change their prices or anything to do with your subscription we will let you know.

Why Do I Have to Pay by Direct Debit?

Microsoft 365 is not available to purchase and is only available on a subscription basis payable monthly. LMN Solutions Ltd offer a substantial discount on the price available from Microsoft.

What Happens if my Direct Debit Fails?

 If your Direct Debit fails for any reason it is possible that you will lose access to your documents. It is your responsibility to make sure that your direct debit goes through each month. Payments are taken around the 18th of each month. LMN Solutions Ltd utilise a Direct Debit facilitating service and they may not inform us of any changes to your Direct Debit in time to prevent you losing access to your documents. Therefore please inform us if you make any changes. The Direct Debit facilitating service charge us for any amendments to your Direct Debit and these charges are passed on to our clients.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

 Your subscription is a 12 month subscription that will renew on each anniversary of when Microsoft 365 was installed on your PC. Should you cancel you will need to pay the remaining part of your subscription in full. You will still be able to view your documents but you will not be able to edit your documents or create new documents
