*Our Annual Computer Service uses the Magellan Repair Tool, (owned by our sister company) which we co-developed with a specialist third-party software company, to automate many of the tasks involved in servicing a Windows computer. As a result, we can complete the service in 1–2 hours, compared with at least 8 hours if the same work were performed manually.

**On-site visits to your premises are available for an additional charge.

Platinum

The Platinum service is our highest level of support, offering you complete cover.

• Quarterly service: A smaller service every 3 months to keep your computers in perfect condition

• Sharing Platform: View your selected files on as many PC’s as you wish
